Having taken part in several ultra marathons,4 x Marathon of Britain 175mls over 6 days.

The Pennine 100mls single stage ,and the Himalaying 100mls over 5 days reaching a height of approx 12000ft. Also many other marathon and longer runs this next event I will be undertaking for a very good cause. I,ts just a little jog round Capetown,150mls in 5 days carrying our own kit and part of the time wearing a rhino costume.Sounds like good fun and will be helping some fantastic animals as well.
