The challenge is for a team of four to cycle a total of approximately 40 miles around Snowdon, to climb Snowdon and to canoe a course across Llyn (lake) Padarn. All four team members must complete each part of the course It is a tough challenge but, with training, it is achievable. Some teams will complete the challenge in six hours or less.
