About my charity : British Red Cross British Red Cross
The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We are part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies. We enable vulnerable people in the UK and abroad to prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, we help them to recover and move on with their lives.

My personal message:

Thank you to everyone for sponsoring me in the Great North Run 2007, your encouragement and generous donations have fuelled my passion for supporting a great charity in the British Red Cross, therefore i have decided to push myself to the next stage and compete in the Flora London Marathon. 

Can i please ask you to dig deep and sponsor me in this challenging event, together lets see if we can beat the amount raised last year and make ahuge difference.  This year the donations will be split between the British Red Cross and Marie Curie.
