Thanks for visiting my Mozambique fundraising page....

As you know, I am running the Belfast Marathon in a bid to raise money towards my trip to Massaca, Mozambique in August with Habitat for Humanity.

I am going as part of a team of 14 to Massaca. The community our team will be working in is one of the poorest in the region, with Aids affecting many. The (OVC) 'Orphan's and Vulnerable Childrens Programme' has made a huge impact on this community, providing many with not only housing, but inheritance rights, land ownership and presents income generation activates for those most in need.The main photograph to the left is of one of the very first families helped last year. This family consisted of a granny and her three grandchildren who were previously orphaned through aids. This is typical of many of the families in Massaca.

All team members have a fundraising target and we've only got about 3 months to raise it in, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
