On October 18th Thaer and Shevaun are running the Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of our close friend Jimmy Ray. All donations will be going to the Cystic Fibrosis Unit in Llandough Hospital. The money we raise will help pay for equipment for the unit and will help a great deal to the patients of the Cystic Fibrosis Unit.
