On 14th July 2009, I will be swimming the length of the Thames from source to estuary for J-A-C-K (www.j-a-c-k.org). Joining Against Cancer in Kids supports children and research into Neuroblastoma.

This is the equivalent of nearly a Dover to Calais swim EVERY DAY for a fortnight!
The challenge is due to start around the 14th July 2009.
