starting 19th feb09 i will be running the stafford 1/2 marathon in a airtight decontamination suit with ventilator on my back, 25 times in 25 days a total of 326 miles . i will finish with hopefully a new world record on the 15th march 09

i am running for 4 local charities,and i am hoping to raise alot of money for each charity you can also sponsor Ray  at stafford asda or on route each day of the running once again thank you for sponsoring me.
