We're members of "The Squad". The Squad was established over 30 years ago by a group of work colleagues and friends to play 5 a side football on a weekly basis. Members have come and gone over the years and our current ages range from mid-twenties to early sixties.

This year we decided that those who are "able" would put in for the Leeds "Run for all", which takes place on Sunday 22 June 2008.

Whilst it's not the marathon, when you consider that most of us only manage to run across the centre circle of the 5 a side court on a weekly basis, it's a pretty long haul.
