We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

The Adrian Cooper Research Fund has been established in memory of Adrian Cooper, who passed away in February 2008 at the age of 59, eighteen months after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.

The purpose of the Fund, which has been set up by Adrian's family, is to help improve the therapeutic treatment of brain tumours under the auspices of Professor Michael Brada, Adrian's consultant at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.

We aim to raise £200,000, a sum which will assist towards facilitating a doctorate and published works on how to improve the treatment of brain tumours.

Adrian was a man of inspiring intellect, knowledge and humour, a man of great kindness and love. He is hugely missed.

With your support we hope to make a difference to others who are suffering this rare and brutal illness.

Thank you!
