Hitch hike for Shelter Box · 18 September 2014

ShelterBox work to ensure that vulnerable families around the world have life-saving emergency shelter, and other essential tools and aid items, after disaster strikes. Be it an earthquake, flood, conflict or hurricane, we are there for those most in need.

Story

I am a baker in a small but well loved family bakery started by my Great Grandfather  with a great team seems to run better without me there.

As a lover of meeting people and being alone sometimes I feel this is a great opportunity to raise money, hitch hiking and visiting the odd Rotary Club on my journey, specking of good will I have found hitch hiking over the past years.

Its very difficult to explain to people the excitement of hitching, its a little bit like fishing, you try all sorts of tack tics to catch that lift.

There is a load of photos on www.theadventurebaker.com please have a look, and thank you on behalf of Shelter Box.
