I've never really run before, so completing the Resolution 5k (19th April), 10k (13th August) and 15k (6th December) is a really big challenge. I'm running them in memory of my Grandad, who died in February 2009 after suffering a number of strokes.

Update: I completed all the races! My 5k took 30min, 10k in 68min and 15k in 1hr 32 min. Target for 2010 is my first half marathon.
