To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Children Hospice South West, this year I will be walking from Little Bridge House in Barnstaple to Little Harbour in St Austell and back again. 

I will be walking over150 miles to celebrate this very special milestone for the hospice, returning with an anniversary card, made by the children, for Little Bridge House

I will be walking between 21st and the 28th June
