We provide a helicopter emergency service to rapidly respond to medical emergencies.

Story

In Summer 2009 Warwickshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) saved Zach's life. He was involved in a severe motorcycle accident, causing serious multiple head injuries. Thanks to the Air Ambulance's rapid response, he was able to get the appropriate treatment and care in time, before any major permanent damage was caused.

As a thank-you to the Air Ambulance, the 'Hinckley massive' Rich, Tom and Zach himself plan to cycle from John o’Groats to . We hope to complete the route in thirteen days, with no support in late August.

WNAA is a registered charity and relies totally on public donations, fundraising activities and sponsorship. The average cost per mission is around £1000 and the annual basic running cost of the service is over £1.5 million. Currently only able to operate in daylight hours due to the restrictive leasing costs of flying at night, WNAA aims to become the first service in the UK to operate 24 hours per day.

Any donations you can offer would be greatly appreciated, and going to a very good and important cause.

Thanks a lot!
