There are many examples in our Seerah of the Sahaaba (radiyAllahu anhum) and other Muslims competing to perform good deeds, trying to outdo one another for the pleasure of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. We hope to encourage that competitiveness and foster that zeal amongst our brothers and sisters', with the intention to emulate the pious predecessors.</span></span></p>
