I am running in memory of a very brave and special man, my uncle Richard 'The Boss' Reeves, who lost a long and courageous battle with kidney failure in December 2007. I hope to raise as much as possible in his name for Kidney Research UK to help them with their aims (described on the left of this page).

I'm pleased to say that I completed the marathon in one piece and the sponsorship is starting to trickle in again. One final push should hopefully see me over the £750 mark. It was a great day in a great city and my recovery was very well assisted by a pint of the local Tennents lager (never has a pint tasted so good).
