Our company, Crabtree Property Management Limited is 25 years old this year. Earlier in the year a number of meetings were held at which all members of staff were invited to attend and discuss a suitable way to mark our 25th year and to, hopefully, raise some money for charity. A number of ideas and suggestions were considered and finally it was decided that the 3 Peaks Challenge would be our best option. There were a number of reasons why this particular event was chosen but one of the main reasons was that everyone within our organisation could, if they wished, get involved in some aspect of the challenge. Five people were required to climb up and down the three highest peaks in the country in 24 hours, several drivers and support staff were required to get the walkers from mountain to mountain and keep them on their feet. Larger groups were required to help raise money and perhaps arrange for sponsorship both private and from some of the companies we work with.

 We are now only a few weeks from the big day and training, fundraising and driving lessons are in full swing!!!!!!

This is an organised event run by the Red Cross (might come in handy) with all of the money we raise going to support their relief work including the current efforts in China and Burma following the recent terrible natural disasters.
