My story

The Cycle Diaries is a transglobal cycling adventure covering 30,000 miles across 35 countries around the world. Matt and Andy pedaled from London to Sydney together and Matt is now cycling home alone.

We are raising funds for War Child who help change the lives of children in war torn countries. Their approach is to rebuild communities so that they can be self-sustaining. War Child tailor their work to the specific needs of each community for maximum impact & at the same time lobby national and international organisations to ensure the ongoing protection of the children.

Your donation will make a very real difference:
£1.30 will feed a street child for a day in the Democratic Republic of Congo
£10 can buy essential primary school materials for a child for a year in Uganda
£50 can provide access to education for a girl for one year in Afghanistan
£150 can provide nine months training for an adolecent street child to become an electrician or mechanic in the Democratic Republic of Congo

For more information on War Child and to see how they use your money helping children caught up in armed conflict please visit www.warchild.org.uk

For more info on the epic ride then check out our website: www.thecyclediaries.com and leave a comment to let us know you care!

Thank you,
Matt & Andy

Your stories from Iran confirm, as always, how friendly the Iranians are. Also how it is the politicians who start wars, not the masses
