My story

Half a Million Calories, 1000 miles, 9 days, 5 bikes, a couple of hills..........and no support car.

Can you support us in our cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats this July 4th to 12th? Our Tour de France inspired training has begun in earnest, with an emphasis on tight lycra and ensuring we do not fall into the trap of overtraining...

We are raising money for two charities which are close to our hearts, Prostate UK and Alzheimer's Society, allowing you the choice as to which you would like to support.
