We use football to energise and empower people who are homeless or excluded to change their own lives. The Homeless World Cup Foundation supports grass roots football development programmes in over 60 nations triggered by the Homeless World Cup, an established international football tournament addressing health, education and welfare globally. 77% of players change their lives significantly after participating.

Four nations - Liberia, Uganda, Zambia, Nigeria - still desperately need your help to travel to the Homeless World Cup from 29 July to 4 August 2007. With only 4 weeks to go, we can't disappoint them. Please pledge what you can to help 4 grass roots football projects change lives for the better.

 
Everyone helping get the fund total will have a chance to win an Arsenal shirt signed by their goalkeeper Jens Lehmann. So get donating to win!
 
A big thank you to Hattrick for raising funds to take the Afghanistan team to the tournament, to Thomson Financial for providing funding for India, to a private donor for ensuring Cameroon and Zimbabwes' attendance, to the Funding Network for supporting Ghana, to Homeless World Cup Extremists for jumping out of planes, running marathons and busking in city centres to raise funds.
