Many of you may be aware that we lost a wonderful friend, Jan, on 9th September 2007. For those of us who had the good fortune to be a part of Jan's life, she was a complete inspiration, her drive and passion for life was second to none, and it was truly a priviledge to have known her.

I will be walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on 12th July, along with many of Jan's friends and family, in memory of Jan.  One of the charities we hope to raise money for is the Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Unit - where Jan had a lung transplant.
