As many of you may know Penny is a trustee of the Elifar Foundation, which provides all important equipment and support for children and adults with learning difficulties throughout the UK.

This year we have a fantastic team of 15 riders in the Lidba Cycle ride all around liphook and the surrounding villages. Tom  our son now being 10years old is allowed to do the full 25mile ride and is therefore keen not to let anyone down by not finishing. However Philip and Penny will be over the moon to finish in under 3 hours injury free!!!!!!!!

THE ELIFAR FOUNDATION ARE DESPERATE FOR FUNDS SO PLEASE GIVE US YOUR SUPPORT, NO MATTER HOW SMALL!!!!!!!
