Ladies, Gentlefolk, Cats, Dogs, Aliens and The Geordie Massive! ...

WOW! What a London Marathon! In the end, I didn't PB, but I am pretty happy with my time of 6.37.35.  It's a few days after the event now and I am still a bit tender, but I am so thrilled to have added an astonishing TENTH major marathon series medal to my collection.  With 4 NYC, 4 London and 2 Berlin under my belt, I need to decide what 2015/16 will bring in terms of races :) 

In the meantime, a second HUGE WOW!!.  I am so thrilled with the response from everyone to my London race this year, both in terms of sponsorship and support.  The donations which are still coming in have blown me away, I cannot thank you all enough... from people I know, to those I don't, to celebrities to good friends.  You're all awesome.  I will update the totals going to CWCUK early next week when I make my next donation to them, including all the money donated on here in the last six months or so.  Wow!

Marathons for me are a labour of love... they hurt, especially when I smash into "the wall", but the pain is nothing, and the aches fade.  Compared to the kids out there who are diagnosed with cancer every year and their families.  I'm lucky enough to be able to fundraise for a cause I truly believe in, and I intend to raise as much as I can for CWC UK.
