Over the years I have done various running events, and you all have made donations, especially when i have done Half Marathons,  I thank-you all for that. This time i am however going a step further, i have entered the Worlds first KILOMATHON, which is a road race from Nottingham to Derby a distance of 26.2 Kilometers, The Race will take part on Sunday 14th March 2010.

The Charity i have chosen to run this event for is Cancer Research, i think that we all one way or another have been effected by this awful Illness, a family member, close or distant, a close friend, or someone we know at work. Myself, my Wife and family have recently had someone we love suffer with this awful illness, I have never been more determind to succeed as i am now to do the training and complete this event, I WILL DO IT. and i will raise the £500 i want to raise for Cancer Research. Come on guys my Daughter has said to me she will give up her pocket money EVERY WEEK between now and March to help, if my little girl can do that, please do the same.

Thanks

Steve (aka Mobs, Mr Mobs or the Mobs)
