We are a team of six who will be cycling the 53 mile course, which tours the valleys of Camarthenshire taking in some of South Wales' finest countryside and coastal views starting and ending in Llanelli. To say we are a mixed bunch of abililties is an understatment from someone who's "body is a temple" to a couple of us who can barely walk up stairs without gasping !

The Gordon Stokoe Memorial Trust has orgnised this cycle ride with a number of teams cycling for their nominated charities. We have chosen the Mullany fund http://www.themullanyfund.org. Cath and Ben Mullany were murdered on their honeymoon last year and their families launched the Mullany Fund charity to help support UK students who would like to train as doctors or physiotherapists.
