The run is over and .... yes ! I finished

As you can see ANOTHER personality got their chance to have their photo taken with me ... those lucky lucky people !

7 kms in 45 mins - not bad considering my calf muscles let me down after 2 kms

The weather was 24 C in London on the day so ... it was very very hot

Equipped with a face full of Vaseline and drumsticks in hand I 'beat' my way round the City of London

Out of the 1000 runners I came about 200th ... however, it's the taking part that matters .. and I took part ... and I am very pleased and proud to have done so
