The Real 3 Peaks Challenge · 14 June 2017

Mental Health UK works in schools, homes and workplaces to build a thriving UK where good mental health is prioritised. We challenge the systems and situations that hold people back, and equip them with tools and advice to unlock their full potential.

Story

On 14th/15th June, I will be attempting and completing (positive thinking) the National Three Peaks Challenge which involves climbing the highest mountains in England (Scafell Pike 978,) Scotland (Ben Nevis 1345m) and Wales (Snowdon (1085m) in under 24 hours.

My weekends will now be spent hill walking to prepare me for the 26 miles I will be walking across 14th/15th June.

This is all in aid of raising funds for my chosen registered charity Mental Health UK, a charity partnered with my employer Lloyds Bank who have organised this event to raise money for a good cause. My aim is to raise a minimum of £500 and all
fundraising will go directly to Mental Health UK, so dig deep guys!
