THE CHARITY:
I'm doing this in aid of Africa Educational Trust, a UK registered charity supporting young children in areas of conflict in Africa. It helps give these children an education, as well as older people who have been denied education in the past. The Africa Educational Trust works in Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Somalia, Swaziland and South Africa.
A donation of just £25 will give a child a whole year's worth of schooling and £35 can teach a mother to read or train a carpenter/tailor/electrician/bookkeeper!
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Africa Educational Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
