<p><span style="font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">Carly and Liam are taking part in this year's Great London Swim. Yes that's right a one mile swim in the Thames!!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is a charity very close to our hearts and they helped both us and our dad through his illness.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">We are swimming in his memory, whilst trying to raise a little bit of money for a very worthwhile charity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">If you want to come along and watch us on the day, please do, we need all the support we can get! It is on Saturday 2nd July and we will be starting our race at 12.30pm</span></p>
