Story

After Race Update

We made it! Despite the weather being gloomy and it raining all morning, the atmosphere was great and everyone was rearing to go. After our group warm up to 'Uptown Funk' we made our way to the start line.

7 obstacles and 5 kilometres later we reached our final obstacle at the finish line. An inflatable slide reached by a net ladder with a mud pool at the bottom!

A massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored us, we have smashed our target and had a great time doing it.

After losing a mutual colleague recently and knowing others who are fighting/have fought the battle with Cancer, we wanted to join together once more and raise money for the charity to enable them to support everyone affected by Cancer - Please sponsor us for the race in June by digging deep and donating all you can.

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring us, we will beat cancer sooner.

Don't forget to add Gift Aid

If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you.

Sponsor us now, and help me show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink.
