I have been working with WaterAid for the past few months and they are doing some great work around the world.

Not only is the Just Water challenge a chance to help people have access to clean water and sanitation facilities, it is a great opportunity for me to be a bit healthier. I will be cutting out the alcohol, caffeine, and sugar contained in the beverages we all drink every day by drinking nothing but water for 4 weeks, starting on 4th January 2016.

Every £1 donated to WaterAid’s Deliver Life appeal between 10th November and 10th February will be doubled by the UK Government – meaning we can help twice as many mothers and babies stay safe and well.
