Hello folks,

Just when you thought you'd been bled dry in the charity stakes - we're back with another worthy cause. (I can hear the collective sigh now).

Mark suggested doing a sponsored sit-and-watch-telly-a-thon ... but instead we're doing the London triathalon Olympic distance relay.

Dean 'Slippery' Scoggins is hoping to make a splash during the 1500m swim.

Then Mark '20 Benson' Hudson will be puffing his way through a 25 mile cycle before..

Dave 'Whippet' Firth will have the runs for 6 and a half miles.

We're doing it for The Sun's Help For Heroes charity so if you could spare a few bob it'd be much appreciated.
