Fitzrovia Youth in Action (FYA) empowers Camden’s young people to create lasting change in their community and in their own lives. We support disadvantaged local young people in developing projects which address issues such as substance abuse, community cohesion, conflict, and healthy living.

Story

Can't run... want to run... will run!  (Well, it will be more like a shuffle on the day!)

Can I complete a 3 mile run with no training?   hmmmm.....

Please help support this great cause that helps the youth in London.  It will give me the much needed motivation to do the "Tiya shuffle" for 3 miles! :)
