The Unlikely Pilgrim's Leap of Faith - Syria Fundraiser! ✈️❤️💰

At a time of giving and being thankful for all we have. The Christmas spirit has captured my heart in more ways than one this year.

Whilst I'm gearing up to set off on my big adventure, travelling the world immersing myself with people of all faiths and writing about it. I am struck with deep sorrow for the plight of our neighbours in Syria whose homes, families and lives have been destroyed.

The heart wrenching scenes all over the media has prompted me to do something. Anything!

So my launch party in Brisbane is now a sponsored charity event - Honour Thy Neighbour - Syria Fundraiser. The Unlikely Pilgrim has partnered with Hand in Hand for Syria. An amazing charity that is supporting the vulnerable people of Syria. We hope to raise some much needed funds on the day. 💸💰💷

However, I know that not everyone can be in Brisbane for that. Never fear, for my international friends and followers who want to get involved. I'm taking a "Leap of Faith" for Syria too.

I'll be jumping out of a perfectly good plane on the 7th January 2017 so that you all have something to donate to (I'd hate for you to miss out 😆)

So get out your wallet and support this great cause. It's Christmas and we all deserve a safe and happy home. By supporting either or both events, together we can lift some of the burden off our fellow men and women from Syria. 👫❤️🌏
