We are running the London marathon again,  and have secured public ballot places. Hopefully this time  we can cross the line without injury!!! And in a better time!  We are running for a very worthy cause Hope4China to support all the valuable work that they do in improving standards for orphanages and foster programmes as well as educational programmes and health care. We are so lucky to have our beautiful daughter home, but want to help those orphans left behind and those who will never have the opportunity to be adopted.

We are training hard and putting the jogger pram is being used a lot! We are already running over 20 miles on our long runs.  And with all the aches that go with it!
