Almost 500 people in Worcestershire are diagnosed with breast cancer every year.

The incidence of breast cancer in Worcestershire is above the national average and there is currently no dedicated unit to support these victims.

We hope to raise funds and awareness to support the development a new unit in Worcestershire. Over 50 ladies are walking from Chase End Hill to Clock Tower on Sunday 30th September - over 9 miles. 

It is estimated that there will be 6,000 out-patient appointments annually in the new unit. It will also provide in-patient surgical procedures and post-discharge care and support for surgery carried out in the main hospital.
