Story

On 22nd February, I embarked on the most difficult challenge of my life - to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. All 5895m of it. I'm delighted to announce that at 08:40am on 27th February, I made it to the top!!!

Whilst it was a truly incredible experience, I'd like to mention that on our ascent to the peak, we tragically lost a member of our team, Benon Banya. RIP Ben.

This was a good time to reflect on why we were all partaking in this monumental challenge, and for me, it was to raise funds for my fantastic local hospice. So, if anybody would like to donate to this cause as a congratulations, then that would be fantastic!

Furthermore, if anyone has been touched by the death of Ben, you can donate to his cause by visiting the following link: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/BenonBanya

A massive thank you to all my family, friends, strangers who have donated to this fantastic cause and wished me luck on my adventure!
