As many of you will know, I lost my Mum just over a year ago.  It was during her time living with cancer that I discovered Macmillan Cancer Support and the good work they do.  This is the reason I have decided to take part in Macmillan's Conquer a Corbett Campaign 2008.

On May 17th I intend to conquer Corserine 814m high or 2669ft, for those of you who never got over "D" day in 1971. I would be grateful if you would support  Macmillan Cancer Support, in the traditional financial manner.

At the moment there are over a million people living with cancer and the statistics tell us that one in three of us will be diagnosed with cancer during our lives. Macmillan improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They help with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need, from specialist health care and information to practical, emotional and financial support.
