I'm going to be doing my 4th (4th!!???.. I cant believe I've been doing this for three years) London marathon for phoenix house, who are using the money for a family residential service down in Brighton, for children of parents with a substance misuse problem. It's a worthy cause...
This Year, Im going to try and put in a little more effort, and see if I can get a little nearer to a three and a half hour finish - I came close in amsterdam last October, at 3:45.09, and I'm itching to get going again. Im not looking forward to the long, cold, dark runs though!!.....
