I am running the London Marathon again this year - this time to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.

The RNLI provides such a vital service, particularly in the South West - as you can see on the left of this site  RNLI volunteers rescued over 20 people every day!  Imagine how relieved every one of those people must have felt to see the Lifeboat coming to their rescue. Then remember this whole service depends upon donations.
