<p>On 16th and 17th July we will be cycling 146 miles around the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds to raise money for Ryedale Special Families. &nbsp;All in a day's work for Simon, who cycles between 80 and 120 miles a week, but for me it's a different story... the only time I get on my bike is during our annual holiday to France.. so I have had my trusty (and almost vintage!) Dawes Discovery serviced and have dusted off my Shimanos (note the laces - no velcro for me!) and have taken to the hills in preparation for what will hopefully be a fantastic ride...(not to mention the overnight stop with a BBQ and Wold Top Brewery bar!)</p> <p>Please give what you can and I'll let you laugh at me as I try to dismount at the finish and hobble back to the car...</p> <p>Tracey&nbsp;</p>
