“To build up to the event I’m focusing on diet and fitness, which means two slices of cake not three and getting up and changing the TV channel by hand instead of the remote. And I’ll also be avoiding lycra!”
“I started biking most work days, back and forth from the local park and ride to the office, which is about 25 miles per week. I've increased my weekly mileage by cycling home (a distance of 20 miles) twice a week. Next steps are to build up to a weekly average of 80 miles. I’ve made sure I’ve got thin tyres and they are inflated to their max PSI and I eat chocolate before every ride (this alone almost persuaded a few of my female friends to take part!)”

“Why put off today what you can do tomorrow!”
Thank you for helping us raise funds for UNICEF . We look forward to reporting back on the success of the event.
