<p>On the 20th March 2011 the three of us are running the LA Marathon to raise money for <strong>CRY</strong> (Cardiac Risk in the Young) in loving memory of our friend Rob Allan, who passed away in March last year.<br />Every week, 12 young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions in the UK. So please dig deep for this little known but amazing charity - your money will help CRY provide crucial screening services and bereavement support for young people and families.</p> <p>And to say thank you for donating - we're putting on a special LA themed Oscar Night on Saturday 5th March aboard HMS President on the Thames.
