Hi everyone,

We've done it! We climbed the three highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1344m), Wales (Snowden - 1085m) and and England (Scafell Pike - 978) all well within 24 hours!

Why did we do this? Because we are trying to raise as much funds as possible for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. CF is the UK's most common, life threatening, genetic disese, affecting more than 7,500 babies, children and young people. One of those children is Steve's son, Dylan, pictured, who is just six years old and has to undergo a daily routine of physio, taking inhaled drugs, up to 50 tablets a day and often spending weeks in hospital.

There is currently no cure, but research funded by the Cystic Fibrosis Trust has led us to ground breaking human clinical trials starting in 2007, to replace the faulty CF gene with a healthy one. Your sponsorship will help us to raise the £4.6m needed to carry out these clininal trials and turn research into reality - taking the life-threatening part out of Cystic Fibrosis.
