Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Founded in 1974, by growing our register of stem cell donors, conducting research and supporting patients, Anthony Nolan cures blood cancer and blood disorders. But we need to do more. Without you, there is no cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page where we're raising money for the Anthony Nolan Trust.

UPDATE
Unfortunately, on the weekend that the challenge was to be done, Ade & Lynn's daughter Phoebe relapsed after losing the graft from the first Bone Marrow Transplant and she became very ill. At the time of typing this (September 2010) however she has undergone her second Bone Marrow Transplant and is so far doing really well. We now intend to do the challenge some time in the Spring of 2011 - watch this space!

To do this we intend to to climb, and travel between, the highest three peaks in England, Scotland and Wales within a period of just 24 hours. Scafell Pike in England, Ben Nevis in Scotland, and Snowdon in Wales. A total drive of some 460 miles, total walk of 24 miles, and a vertical climb of 10,000 feet. The three Robs and Jonathan will take on this daunting challenge with Ade and Lynn being the required nominated drivers (bless!).

If it wasn't for the Anthony Nolan Trust then Ade & Lynn's beautiful daughter Phoebe couldn't have been matched with a donor for her recent life-saving stem cell transplant at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
