From 25th - 26th May our team are running the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Army Widows Association.
The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks, respectively,
in England, Wales and Scotland, non stop within 24 hours. The Peaks are:,
Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1344m)
Its going to be tough but the effort is for a really worthwhile cause. The Army Widows Association was only formed in 2004 and its aim is to provide comfort, support and friendship to the widows and widows of service men and women. This charity has never been more important so please feel free to give anything you can to help them out. And, for your peace of mind here's the technical bit on donating -
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Finally, thanks for visiting my fund raising page!
