The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

We are The Sill Threeking Disco Ninjas

Stephen, Jonathan, Mark and Dan. We are taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK (Donate here: www.justgiving.com/ThreePeaksSTDN1) and The National Autistic Society.

A member of our group's daughter was diagnosed with core autism at the age of two and a half. Autism is a lifelong neurological disability that effects people in different degrees. The National Autistic Society is the UK's leading charity for autism, which provides support, information and services for children and adults with autism and their families as well as campaigning for a better world for people with autism.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis) England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon), within 24 hours. Our challenge will start at midday on Sunday 17th August climbing Ben Nevis first, and finishing back down around 5pm. We then drive to the Lake District arriving between 10:30-11pm. Scafell Pike is then conquered, finishing around 2-3am on Monday 18th August. From there we will then drive to Snowdonia National Park in North Wales arriving at around 8am we then will have to ascend and descend Mount Snowdon before midday and the challenge will be complete.
