Hi!

We won the Grand Slam on Saturday and I didn't drink and I ran 30k on Sunday....So please sponsor me!!!! 

I really can't wait to drink again... so roll on April 26th..

Righty so only 5 weeks to go...which means only 2 more weeks of intensive training and then the training slows down.....and I have to wash my hands for weeks so I don't catch a cold...(that's a serious tip folks!)

and then the day itself.... I reckon I'll be up at 6am eating a 24box of weetabix and 40 bananas and then lots of tea to wash it all down.  Oh and my daily vitamin. Kick off is at 9.30 and after yesterday's long run I'm now aiming to do it in 5 hours with lots of wine gums and Lucozade. Which most likely means that you'll all miss me cos I'll be done at 2.30 and you'll still be lost on the DLR or hogging seats in the pub. NO MATTER! 

Leave the hard work to me - It'll be horribly early, it'll be cold, it'll probably rain, and there are no tea stations along the route.  My charity vest is LUMINOUS LIME GREEN and I am wearing huge oversized runners which the guy in Asics made me buy and I  still feel a little bit HAD about that as I've not come across anyone else with a similar story..

And after the first 10 minutes I'll be pink in the face for days..
