<p>Cough up coz....</p> <p><span style="font-size: small; color: #7030a0; font-family: Trebuchet MS;">I&rsquo;m undertaking a Bristol to London cycling challenge with my ICS/PULSE colleagues to raise funds for a remarkable, innovative Charity called Brainwave.&nbsp; The Charity helps children with disabilities to achieve greater independence.&nbsp; 100% of the funds raised will support life changing therapy for particular children such as Ava, a lovely little girl with Cerebral palsy and epilepsy.&nbsp; Each day children like Ava are learning for the first time to sit upright, to stand, to walk, to hold objects, to solve problems, to communicate better and much more.&nbsp; Your support for my fundraising will be deeply appreciated.</span></p>
