In December 10' our whole world stopped still as Tim, my beloved brother and Tom's beloved cousin, had a head-on collision with a Lorry. The crash caused Tim's lungs to collapse adding to this he sustained a Traumatic head injury caused by rapid deceleration

For the next 12 days Tim lay in a coma in the Neuro ICU unit in the John Radcliffe hospital after being moved from Milton Keynes General as his head injury was too serious for a General hospital. Everyday was an emotional struggle, but the staff at the JR and Milton Keynes easied our anxieties and emotions. Tim was in the best care possible and after the 12 days of medical coma he started to come round.

Four months on Tim is recovering almost perfectly from his traumatic head injury and has begun back at work, and even had a driving lesson! None of this would have happened without the help and professional team in the John Radcliffe neuro ICU- to which we owe Tim's life to.

In a more positive light it's also Tom's 21st on April 24th and so to combine both Tom turning 21 AND Tim's recovery from a life changing accident they have decided to do a Sky Dive.

The Sky Dive date is yet TBC but they are doing it at Banbury skydivers in April, thanks to my mum and her contacts!
