On the 6th September,  i am embarking in one of the biggest challenges I have ever been  involved in and would be grateful of your help and support in raising as much money as possible for Pembs Prostrate Cancer, Pembs Autism and Pembs Riding for the disabled (equestrian facilities)

This mad challenge includes cycling 540 miles from Pembs to Paris in just over 5 days and averaging 100 miles a day ... thankfully I'm cycling with a team of 12 other cyclists so will have some company
